Back in the days of the internet boom interact.com (Now act) had a
module by a company called www.covia.com
They had a great idea of creating a private business portal for lead
conversion. A private web space that you could share documents, FAQ,
forums, contact details etc. The beauty of the service was you could
see reports of what the potential customer is looking at. Eg. They
looked at the boucher of product A. for 15 min 5 times.
q: Is there a similar service as covia.com available today?
