I'm trying to read between the words here, you didn't give us much to
go on... are you asking what a person learns when they take a course
at a University/College titled something like this? ....

My mind-reading powers must be diminishing with age; I can't seem to
determine what you have learned during this course. Or maybe it's not
my lack of psychic powers that is to blame. Maybe you just haven't
learned anything. ;-)
