Where can I find historical *intraday* stock quotes (or charts)?
Yahoo! Finance provides historical end-of-day quotes, but what I want
is historical intraday (say on a minute-by-minute basis) quotes. Where
can I find such information?

Also, if there are multiple providers for such information, which
provider is the best (with the most comprehensive information)?

I consider Bloomberg Professional to be the best financial information
service out there, and I'm pretty sure even they don't offer stale
intraday pricing. To keep those records for tens of thousands of
stocks for every trading day in the last X years must not be worth the
database costs.

What you want is tick data. Try http://www.tickdata.com. Good tick
data is going to cost you.
