In Q ("Britain’s Biggest Music Magazine") issue 191, June 2002, p.92,
is the following paragraph:

Sharon reaches for a copy of an American music magazine. Its editor,
after turning down her offer to speak to Ozzy before the hit TV show,
has now put an old photograph of him and the family on the cover of
their latest issue. "What a ****," she trills in a demure voice that
could cut glass. "He can **** my ******* ****."

Which issue of which magazine was Sharon referring to? Extra points
for an image of the cover.

I can't be sure, but I suspect it's Rolling Stone, May 2002.
This FAQ on Ozzy Osbourne from Rock on the Net has the cover image:

See the Timeline entry for May 2002, which has a link to a larger
image.
I have no direct evidence that it's the right magazine, but the date
makes it a suspect.

I can tell you from my own memory and experience that Sharon (and
Ozzy) were quite pissed at Rolling Stone. The fray came from a much
earlier incident where Ozzy and Sharon had a falling-out with RS.
After that, Ozzy had said that he would never do another interview
with RS and boycotted the magazine. When "The Osbournes" became
popular, RS did an article on the show without the Osbourne's
permission. They also used his photo on the cover, from older pics
they had the rights to. So, essentially, Ozzy was back in RS whether
he liked it or not, and had no real recourse.
