What are the all-time NFL modern era (defined as since the 1970 AFL-NFL merger) win-loss-tie records for games meeting each of the following 20 conditions. Including playoff records is completely optional; but definitely do not include preseason records. I realize this is a multi-part question but I am guessing that the source of information for one part might also have information for other parts. I would consider answering any 9 of the 20 parts an acceptable answer. What is the modern NFL win-loss-tie record for? 1) Home teams? 2) ?Turf? teams (teams whose home stadium is non-grass) playing on grass? 3) ?Grass? teams (teams whose home stadium is grass) playing on turf? 4) Games in which that game is the first game coached by a head coach new to that team? 5) Games in which the QB starting the game did not play for that team in the previous game? 6) Games that are the first home game played in a brand new stadium? 7) Games that are the first game ever played for expansion team? The next 13 conditions should all be understood as if they all ended with the phrase ?in that same season?: 8) Teams playing at home and coming off a bye week? 9) Teams playing on the road and coming off a bye week? 10) Teams coming off a win? 11) Teams coming off a loss? 12) Teams coming off 4 consecutive wins? 13) Teams coming off 4 consecutive losses? 14) Teams coming off a loss in which the point differential was 3 or less? 15) Teams coming off a loss in which the point differential was 21 or more? 16) Teams coming off a win in which the point differential was 3 or less? 17) Teams coming off a win in which the point differential was 21 or more? 18) Teams coming off an overtime win? 19) Teams coming off an overtime loss? 20) Teams coming off a tie? |
