Does anybody know if subscribing to " Market Watch" advertised by "Bigchart.com" is safe, or, since it is free (is it?) involves the risk of opening myself to spyware? Who finances this "free" service? |

Dear Vaac It is definitely safe. MarketWatch is owned by Dow Jones these days. So if you do get hit with anything bad, you have veeeeeeeeery deep pockets to go after. Don't worry. They don't put any kind of spyware on your system. They do put a cookie on your computer so you don't have to keep logging in each time you visit. Best wishes, Your TaxMama-ga |
