I am planning to buy a car in NJ. Will probably get it financed by my
bank. The seller registered the car in PA but lives in NJ now. There
is an existing loan on the car - and a lien. The seller wants my $ to
pay the loan. How does transfer process work in such a case. What kind
of documentation do I need the seller to sign / hand over to me -
before I give the money to him?
