Hi 11alana,

These attachments are in the Adobe PDF format.  You will need to
download the free Adobe Acrobat reader in order to open the PDF
documents.  That reader is available (as I mentioned, for free) at:
http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html.

Once you have the reader on your computer you should simply be able to
click on the attachment that you want to download just as if it were a
Word document or image.
