Most actors are in the Screen Actors Guilld, which negotiates minimum
residuals rates. Actors can negotiate higher rates, but the SAG rates
are a good place to start. You can find the 2001 contract at
http://www.sag.org/sagWebApp/Content/Public/theatrical-tv.pdf I
believe there is a newer contract but the SAG website is so confusing
it's difficult to find.

Re-run and syndication information starts on p.17 (or 13 if you go by
the numbers on the page) and ends on page 20 (16). Note that the cable
re-run rates are calculated differently from network rates and are
based on the amount of money received by the producers, which is
generally not something that is public information. Also well-known
actors are sometimes producers of their shows and get a portion of the
income directly, so it's a difficult calculation.
