Hi bigsticks:

Yes, a U.S. phone number can have 5 consecutive zeros. Here are some examples:

US Representative Ron Paul
URL: http://www.house.gov/paul/offices.htm
Quote: "Phone Number: (979) 230-0000"

City of Zephyrhills, FL
URL: http://www.ci.zephyrhills.fl.us/pages/Close42917.asp
Quote: "Bid/RFP packages may be obtained by calling the Purchasing
Department at (813) 780-0000"

HOLISTIC DOCTORS BY REGION - S
URL: http://www.diagnose-me.com/regional-S.html
Quote: "Hope Farner, NMD...Phone: (480) 970-0000"

Search Strategy (on Google):
* "230-0000"
* "780-0000"
* "970-0000"

I hope this helps.
