Question ID: 535298
Summary:
--------
Where can I find a local Life Coach who specializes in helping an
individual to take stock, set goals, create an action plan, and then
follow through with the plan?

Details:
--------
I'm looking for a "personal coach/executive coach/organizational
consultant" who specializes in assessing, planning, and implementing
life plans for individuals. Early meetings would be spent capturing
and organizing personal and professional goals, then determining where
the individual's resources--specifically time, money, and energy--are
being spent currently. Once a clear picture of the desired life has
been painted, and a clear snapshot of the current life has been
captured, the consultant would then help come up with a plan to align
the two. From there, a regular meeting schedule would be arranged and
a process set up for evaluating the effectiveness of the plan and
modifying it accordingly. The whole procedure should be well
documented and be based on empirical knowledge.

More to my individual needs: I feel as though I am sitting on a
goldmine which I don't have the tools to excavate. I own a business,
and have more job leads than I can possibly handle. I'm trying
desperately to organize my life so that I can more adequately meet the
demands of my career. Health, finances, scheduling, organization -
they could all use improvement. I have a proven track record of being
able to implement behavioral change in myself; for instance, I have
been on a balanced diet for 9 months, and have been drinking only
water (no coffee, sodas, etc) for years. I have never been in debt,
and have been successful in attention management to the point where I
feel very much in control of my life. Even so, I see so much potential
for more - if I could just get a little help!

Can someone help point me in the right direction? I'm located in Dallas, Tx.
