I need contact information for a company, preferably a person or department involved with new product development. The company is the one that makes Sears socket racks, Sears #00941849000. The package also says "Mfr # 41849". Sears was able to come up with "Allied Industries", but no contact information. I got nowhere searching "Allied Industries". |

It appears the actual manufacturer is Craftsman, www.craftsman.com http://www.sears.com/sr/javasr/product.do?vertical=TOOL&pid=00941849000&bidsite=&BV_UseBVCookie=Yes Call 1-800-349-4358 at Sears and ask for Maureen Battle or Chuck Cebuhar. They may need to redirect you, as their direct lines are not available, but it seems they will be able to answer any questions you have about the product. |
