At what grade level/class level are people first introduced and learning how to:

Graph using the Cartesian Coordinate system?

Graph using Enginnering graph paper?

Graph using Polar graph paper?

Graph using Isometric graph paper?

Graph using Semi-Logarithmic graph paper?

Graph using Full-Logarithmic graph paper?

You might want to specify the country for which you'd like the
information.  I was taught in the American system, then taught math in
a European system and there are (were) several years of advance in the
latter.

To clarify, I am talking about the American education system.

Polar graph paper is taught in the pre-calculus class (12th grade) in
New York State.  As for Log and Semi log paper, it is generally taught
in 11-12th grade science classes, though more spicifically taught how
to read rather than taught to chart.  As for the others I am quite
sure they are not taught in high school.
