I am looking to learn how to post blocks of up to 200 (housing) ads per day on
Craigslist: www.newyork.craigslist.org . I already know how to post
the ads individually, but to post them one at a time is very time
consuming. I have noticed that a company by the name of Starnest is
able to post at least 200 of them per day in a very short period of
time. Furthermore, this company posts the same ads every day.
If you click on the link below, you will be able to see an example of
what I am looking to do.
http://newyork.craigslist.org/cgi-bin/search?areaID=3&subAreaID=0&query=starnest&cat=hhh&minAsk=min&maxAsk=max&bedrooms=
The above ads represent what I call ?blocks of ads? that this broker
is posting every day.
If you right click on the pictures in his ads and click the properties
tab, you will see that he is using some type of a service to host his
pictures at www.readvertiseit.com, which requires an agent to log in
for reasons that I don?t understand.
To clarify my question, I am looking for the exact steps I need to
take in order to be able to post similar ads of the same quantity in a
similar time span. |

Hello -
I'm not finding any off-the-shelf software application that does this.
It is quite possible the company to which you refer had a custom
application written to do this.
With that in mind, I could provide you with a few resources that you
can use to hire a programmer to write you a custom application for
$50-$200, which is not unlike the pricing of off-the-shelf software.
A custom application would allow you to specify exactly what you want
the software to do for you. I myself have employed the services of
contract programmers to great success.
Please let me kow if you would be interested in this.

Thank you so much. I would like to offer you a fair price for your
resources. Is $25.00 an accpetable figure? Please advise.
