What types of websites do you require? 

a. Do you need a list of investment companies that focuses their
portfolio on international real estate?

b. Would international real estate investment trusts (REITS) be ok as well?

REITS - "A REIT is a company dedicated to owning, and in most cases,
operating income-producing real estate, such as apartments, shopping
