What are the top 250 branded prescription drugs by revenue globally
and in the US, and what are their revenues respectively?

the answer I'd like will be in the format

Please note, I am only interested in Branded Proprietary drugs, i.e.
non-generic products, although, I'd like to see branded products even
when they have generic equivalents.

I can provide you with the 200 leading brand and generic drugs used in
hospitals in 2003 based on wholesale acquisition cost (WAC).
