production and trade of coffee.
   
Also interested if in French or Spanish.   
Material is to be used for groups of adult students

Yes, English language only will do.  
Finding something in French and (less important) Spanish as well would
be ideal, but it is not a must.

I was only able to find 3 production companies that has produced
videos about the coffee industry. Would this be ok as an answer?

There are also videos about training in serving and making coffee.
These are the types useful for coffee shop entrepreneurs who want to
provide training videos for their employees. Would these be ok as
well?
