| Can there be a difference in dates between an orignal document and a appendix to that document? (i.e-Agreement signed on one date by both parties, appendix signed and dated on a different date on the appendix) |

| Sure. It's typically called an addendum to a contract and can be used to modify the original contract or to clarify certain provisions in the original contract. |
