While not a list, the Salary Data and Hiring Trends Tool provided at
the link below might be of your interest.

Just select an industry from the list and click the GO button.

Does this help?

Hi misterfine,

Monster provides the "Salary Wizard".

http://content.salary.monster.com/

Select a job category and location to get the median expected salary.

Would this suit your purposes?

Best regards,
Rainbow

misterfine-ga,

The Bureau of Labor Statistics makes available a spreadsheet file of
more than 800 occupations and the average (mean) annual salary of each
job. I have extracted the relevant data from the BLS site and placed
it in an Excel file here:

https://s50.yousendit.com/d.aspx?id=159P1X9Z7Y4T714XJJO4SQ3ZF4

Please save this to your local system, as it is not a permanent link.

The data generally provide salaries for broad categories, and then
more specific salaries for jobs within the category. For instance, the
"legal" category looks like this:

Job Title................................Average Annual Wages ($)

Legal occupations...............................79,910
Lawyers	.......................................108,790
Administrative law judges,
adjudicators, and hearing officers..............73,710
Arbitrators, mediators, and conciliators........60,480
Judges, magistrate judges, and magistrates......89,360
Paralegals and legal assistants.................41,490
Court reporters.................................47,070
Law clerks......................................35,180
Title examiners, abstractors, and searchers.....39,360
Legal support workers, all other................45,330

I trust you get the idea.

The BLS site where the original datafile can be downloaded is here:

http://www.bls.gov/oes/oes_dl.htm#2004_m

I believe this fully answers your question. However, please don't
rate this answer until you have everything you need. If there's
something more I can do for you, just post a Request for
Clarification, and I'm at your service.

All the best,

Dear misterfine-ga,
I've just seen this question. I believe the information will appear in
the answer I have made to your other question. The Mean Annual wage
appears in this link.
http://www.bls.gov/oes/current/oes_11Ma.htm

If that is not suitable, or not what you require, could you note it by
way of a clarification here and a researcher will take that into
account.
