Hello,

I?m looking for application like WinZip that can create .gz archive
files. I need them to extract files on my websites server.

Can you find an application?

Hi Ron, 

HAve you tried using PowerZip?

Tar/Gz are archive formats that are very common under Unix. PowerZip
has long been able to unzip Tar and Gz files.

A better and also free solution is 7-Zip. Available at http://www.7-zip.org/
