It seems Torrent Pharmaceuticals is a solid company with a good reputation, so the drug *should be* just as safe as Plavix... http://www.indiainfoline.com/comp/torr/mr01.html http://www.ecomenable.com/casestudy/torrent.htm |

safe in which condition? every drug has a side effect. so trick is u have to take it in a recommended dose which varies for different medical conditions. the basic salt in deplatt is 'clopidogrel' which is an antiplatelet agent (platelets helps in blood thrombus formation)... so ultimately it thins out the blood which might be useful in conditions such as myocardial infarction and stroke. usual recommended dose is 75 mg tablet, once daily. gastrointestinal bleed might be a complication in few. |
