I'm trying to figure out how many people work in enclosed offices and
how many people work in open work areas like cubicles.  If possible
I'd like to have a breakdown for:  North America, Europe (EMEA) and
Asia.  I realize that is a very broad, but I could work with other
segmenations like North America, large enterprise vs. small business.

I'm working on a telephony project, so you could also work back from
business phone lines (prior Google Answers placed that at 300 million
business lines worldwide).  Now I need to break that number down to
how many of those phone lines are in offices vs. open work areas.
