Your question is about to expire without having been answered, and you
might be disappointed.
A possible reason for that could be your pricing, which might be a bit
low for the type of research requested, and the fact that you've
neglected to mention, what nation you're refering to, when saying that
you need a "complete national listing". In fact, I'd say that in
general, Researchers are hesitant to answer something that asks for
"complete list" or "all of" something: what if we haven't found some
small publication somewhere in the country? You can never be sure that
you've got "all" of something.
