I can't find the composer or title of this classical piece.  It was
modified, but was playing in the background of the "Damien" episode of
South Park, and was the background music for the Six Flags Texas
commercial featuring the Titan when that coaster came out.  It was
also briefly played before game 7 of this year's NBA finals.  It is a
fairly well known piece.  There is a choir singing and it sounds like
possibly Latin.

I haven't seen or heard any of the references you posted:  "It was
