Website topic is Synths, samplers, drum machines.  It had reviews on
latest software and hardware.  It also had forums I believe, however
the most important thing that I need it for - it had a section that
offered free samples that was (if I remember correctly) uploaded by
users.  it was divided into a extensive selection of beats per minutes
and instruments WAV samples.

good site, but neither is them..

when i say it had a lot to download I mean ALOT.. it was users that
uploaded I'm sure.  all divided into categories, instruments and BPM.

It contained a forum I think, and it had sections with revies of
hardware and software.

It might have had a section on sound fonts as well.
