The first, fourth, and fifth links came out incorrectly in my answer.
For some reason, the last character -- the right parenthesis -- is not
hyperlinked. After you click the hyperlink (and, unfortunately,
receive an error message), you should add the right parenthesis to the
URL in the address bar and then enter that corrected address.
