How is the US political culture different from other countries?

Explain majoritarianism, pluralism, and elitism. Which is more
credible, pluralist theory (pluralism) or elitist theory (elitism)?
Also, is majoritarianism an adequate description today, given that
voter turnout in national elections is just above 50%?

This is a huge subject. I doubt that you will receive a satisfactory
answer for $2. I suggest that you either raise your price considerably
or limit the scope of the question.
