I am aware of the federal refund tax check-off option for financing
presidential campaigns.  Most states also use these types of
check-offs to support various causes.  My cause is education; I'd like
to obtain a refund check-off in my state (Idaho) to have $1 go toward
local school district education foundations.  Do any other states
support education
in this way and what steps must I take to see such a measure enacted?
