Help! I'm going on a pretty extreme (for me) 5 -night mountain
climbing ascent in Wyoming next month. I find the prices of the
prepared meals in the mountain gear store absolutely appalling, and I
need some REAL recipes with all the ingredients (no Top Ramen!) and
how to dehydrate any oft them. I haven't been able to come up with
this as easily as I thought online. Please let me repeat; I need it
all: how to dehydrate (at home with no dehydrator) all the necessary
ingredients, what the complete recipe and instructions are, and what
can be prepackaged. These will be for our one hot meal in the
evening; I know how to pack Tiger Milk bars and raisins, lol. Thank
you!
