I like a Jasmine wedding gown from the spring collection listed on the
website as C127. While I like its pleated skirt and the style of its
embroidery and the v dropped waiste. I'd love to find something
similar but with a slight sweetheart neckline (instead of straight
across) and a corset back. Can you suggest an dress styles by other
designer's that might fit this description? The designer's price range
is also a consideration. It's important that the dresses suggested
retail for less than $1000.

Is this the dress you're asking about?

Hello foofannyannie-ga,

Here are some samples of wedding gowns with sweetheart necklines and
others with corset backs. Please choose which ones are your preferred
styles. As you know, there are hundreds of dresses in all price ranges
out there so it's important for us to understand your preferences.
Thanks.

SWEETHEART
The sweetheart neckline -- which is actually shaped like the top half
of a heart -- is a wonderful option for fuller-chested women because
it really accentuates the decolletage. The sweetheart is often done
with an overlay of sheer material that rises higher than the heart
shape, giving the torso a longer line and also making the neck look
longer.
Good for: Serious decolletage
Bad for: The decolletage-impaired

In regard to the corset back options you linked, they all look fine.
Their length might be different though on more corset like styles that
stop at a basque waist. Many basque waists have a sort of 2 piece
look, which I like. http://www.impressionbridal.com/CTGbf051.php This
has a bodice and lacing I like, but I don't like the bottom of the
dress.
