A friend of mine asked me to help him find model, manufacturer and
price for type of restaurant grade noodle boiling machine that he saw
in Japan at a noodle bar in Ginza. Unfortunately, he doesn't remember
the name of the restaurant at all. All he could tell me was that it
could cook individual orders of noodles in about 60 seconds flat. The
individual noodle servings are placed in screened meshed bowls  and
dropped into the boiling water, attached to rotating arms. The
screened bowls rotate around in circles while submerged in the water,
the rotating action cooks the noodles superfast and keeps them from
sticking... Can anyone help find the make/manufacture of just such a
unit? He tried searching google for revolving/rotating noodle boilers
and even paid $26 for a so-called "research paper" that gave
absolutely zero information then what you see here. Looking forward to
