I'm currently a newly license Real Estate Agent and would like to see
if I can also become a Mortage Loan Officer or Loan Agent (basically,
I'd like to be able to help find and process loans for my customers,
as well as making an extra commission).

What's the best way to do this? Is it as simple as just signing up
with any mortgage broker? Is there something I should look for when
choosing a specific mortgage broker that differentiates the good
lenders and bad lenders? Ultimately, it would be ideal if I could
find a lender that is keen on doing many creative financing loans and
such. Any advice or tips?
