Is it illegal to post someone's private information online?

For instance, if someone posted ALL of the following information of someone else:

Full name (John Smith)
Address (123 Main St.)
City, State, and ZIP (San Francisco, CA 12345)
Country (USA)
Phone Number (+1.1234567890)

Would any of this be considered illegal? Of course, I'm talking about
someone who posted this information without consent at all from the
person whom the info belongs to.

In the USA, there was a Supreme Court case regarding an anti-abortion
group that was posting such information about doctors. The court held
that the posting is legal unless it is accompanied by a specific
incitement to violence (or any other illegal activity regarding the
individual whose information is posted).
