Okay, so the place I were does have a "dress code", the problem is, the head of the department I work, wants us to dress in a certain style of clothing outside of what the employee handbook states. I thought at one point there was a law in ohio that if the employer required a certain style of clothing, that the employer had to compensate up to half of the cost, can anyone find this info? | |
