Dear Rafigl,
It is not clear from your question if you've been already granted
Hungarian citizenship, or if you're still waiting for approval.
If the former is correct, and you are a Hungarian citizen, you can
apply for you children. The fact that your wife is not Hungarian,
should not make a difference for children born after 1957. Your wife's
Polish ancestry should also not make a difference: since her
nationality wouldn't matter for their entitlement of a Hungarian
citizenship.
You should, however, persent the following documents for each child:
- Their birth certificates (since they were born in Israel, you need a
typewritten certified Hungarian translation).
- A document proving marital status, if they are married;
- Your birth certificate and all other documents "proving" that you
are Hungarian: your passport, for example;
- Your marriage certificate, again - translated to Hungarian and certified.
In any case, and in case that there are some amendments in the
regulations, I recommend that you'll contact the Hungarian Consulate
in Tel Aviv:

I do not have a hungarien pasport yet. I just submited all the
documents needed and according to hungarien law I desrve to get it as
my father and my mother ,both were born in Hongary before
1957(1921,1925). I know the hungarien embasy and the difficulties
regarding the polish Perents of my wife were raised by the people in
the Embasy. the answer I have got is not sufficient as the researcher
did not get any data about the hungarien polish citizenship agreement
was valid when my daughters were born (1977,1981) and that was my
question.
I quote from my origin questions "Do you know if my kids cann apply
and can get a citizenship and what
kind of agreement between hungary and poland effacted my kids (was
valid when they wes borned 1977,1981"
So please give me a full answer to my question

I have answered your question. I told you that once you are granted
your citizenship, your children can apply.
However, your children cannot apply until you get your citizenship
yourself. You will have to wait. It has nothing to do with your wife's
nationality, especially that you said that she is *not* a Polish
citizen, only of Polish ancestry.

answers in Google search. I asked spacific question and did not get
any answer
"what kind of citizenship agreement between hungary and poland
effacted my kids and/or was
valid when they wes borned 1977,1981"
You said my wife's polish perensts are not affected the request and in
the Hungarien embassy in Tel Aviv they said it is efacted. please give
me an answer to the spacific question above or tell me that you do not

I'll tell you once more: since your children are Israeli citizens, and
so is your wife, it is not relevant whether there were any agreements
between the two countries or not.
The agreements regarding citizenship that existed during that period,
stated that a Hungarian citizen, who moves to Poland (or several other
East Bloc countries, with which there was a similar agreement), must
relinquish their citizenship, as dual citizenship would not be
recognised. However, this is not relevant in your case, since your
children are neither:
(1) The children of a Polish citizen;
(2) Polish citizens themselves;
(3) Have ever lived in Poland.

Dear Rafi,
Here are soem details on the agreement:
" In a show of "Socialist" brotherhood, the Hungarian communist
government signed an agreement with Ceaucescu's Rumania in 1979
cancelling Hungarian citizenship for Transylvania's 2.5 million-strong
Hungarian community. Previous Hungarian governments did the same thing
with Hungarians living and working in [...] Poland in 1961[...].
