I have a custom outlook form. How can I arrange outlook so that there
is a send and a receive end of this form.

For example, when you send an email, you can edit the from field and
the body of the email, however, once you receive it, you can no longer
edit these fields. I need to make it so that whoever receives my
custom form can only see it as read-only. Do I need to have two
separate forms for this?
