Hello ghammong-ga,
From what I?ve read, it seems that the fiber inside your sleeping bag,
the Diolen polyester can be washed at between 40 to 60C, or 104 to
140F. The higher temperature however, can cause it to get permanent
creases in the fabric that look like discolored wrinkles. It
recommends not drying it in a centrifuge or wringing it, so line
drying would be the best option.
Your outside is made with 100% Nylon, which all the care instructions
I can find for this type of material say to Machine wash warm and dry
cool.
Therefore, I?d say the best way to wash your sleeping bag would be on
Warm/Cool, Delicate Cycle, and line dry it. If you chose to iron it,
use the silk setting. You may want to iron through a damp cloth.
