I am interested in learning about available data sources for Russia.

This may come from free online databases/websites, subscriptions-based
online databases, as well as personal review of records which may be
available in physical form.

The records in which I am most interested include

1. Civil litigation Judgments/Liens
2. Bankruptcy records
3. Criminal Records
4. Company registry records
5. Databases of enforcement actions/fines etc imposed by banking
regulator/capital market regulator like SEC.

For EACH of the above records, please answer the following questions:

1. How is this record maintained and where? (paper format,
electronically, microfiche, etc. ? physical location) Need web
addresses, other addresses in case not online.

2. How can one view this record? (personal visit to location where
maintained, via the Internet, subscription, etc.)

3. How often are these records updated?

4. When an inquiry is made to view this record, how is it delivered?
(in paper, electronically, etc.)
