What proportion of the pollution produced world wide is produced by
driving automobiles i.e. not that associated with their manufacture,
as a percentage of the total amount of pollution produced worldwide. I
would like a worldwide figure and if possible I would like this
broken down into:

1. The proportion of CO2 produced. 
2. The amound of SOx NOx produced.
3. Any other pollutants such as lead, benzene, large particulates.

I've heard told that the *greatest* (and most noxious) source of
atmospheric pollution is actually aircraft. If we ground the
airplanes, we greatly improve the atmosphere.
