Hi redman01,
I suppose that using e-mail is a sign of computer literacy.
Accordingly, George W. Bush is computer literate, though he hasn't
been able to send e-mails during his presidency:
'The New York Times has learned that, three days before his
inauguration on 20 January of this year, Mr Bush sent an e-mail to a
group of 42 "dear friends". He told them that he had been informed by
his lawyers that any e-mails he sent as president could be "subject to
public scrutiny". ...
'Mr Bush, it emerges, was an enthusiastic user of e-mail, writing
short messages, not bothering too much with punctuation, and signing
himself off "gwb".'

P.S.: It appears that President Bush also knows how to use an iPod.
