Thank you for your very timely response which appears to be directly
on point.  However, the documents were prepared and filed in 2003. The
company was sold in 2004, and the new owners have filed new documents
sometime in late 2004 or early 2005.

Can you provide later reports?  AND  please advise concerning the
source of your response, as it will be necessary to document my
report.

You'll notice that some of the documents here were filed in late 2004
and into 2005 as well.  So I presume these documents represent the
current standing of the company.

Do you have reason to suspect that this is not the case?

Also, please tell me everything you know about the change of ownership
of Good Feet.  How do you know the company was sold?  Who is the new
ownership company?  Where are they located?  When did the sale happen?

Any other details you can provide would be most helpful.
