What you're really asking is whether you're entitled to be compensated for the "loss of use" of your car while it's being repaired. And you are. But it's like any other kind of damages -- sometimes you get it by demanding it, and sometimes the insurance company makes you go to court to get it. You are certainly ENTITLED to it, for a reasonable period of time. |
