A very good utility for creating PDF files from any Windows-based application is Win2PDF. The application installs print drivers that will allow you to "print" your Access reports to PDF files. The website for the software is www.win2pdf.com. |

I suppose you are talking about Microsoft Access ! You could also use Adobe Distiller for printing out in PDF. But I think Adobe Distiller does come free. I got mine, since I have ADOBE ACROBAT 5.0 installed. |

Great program to do this - pdfFactory Pro. http://www.pdffactory.com/ Setting up virtual printer device. Good program with more features. Can save to file, print on printer, transfer to Acrobat Reader and other. 1. Download pdfFactory Pro from http://www.pdffactory.com/ and install. Virtual printer will be added. 2. Print from access, but select printer called "pdfFactory Pro". 3. After that, select what you want by pressing button: "Save to file" or "Print" or "Send" or "View in PDF". 4. If you want to Save - press Save and chose dir for saving file. 5. Well Done. Go to bed and relax. |
