Have you tried viewing the credits of the film to see what designers
were credited?  Just an idea.  Maybe you can search it out from there.

Unless you want an EXACT copy of that shirt, don't bother contacting
te designers from the movie. The top is inspired by oriental
influences with a Korean-style collar. You see a lot of those tops
where I live in South East Asia. Try looking at oriental clothes shops
in your area. Also, there is a company based in Virginia who would
probably do the kind of top you're looking for. Check out pictures 10
and 12 on this link.. they aren't the exact top you're looking for but
if you contact the company I bet they'd make it for you.
