Are veteran soap actors John Callahan and Eva LaRue divorced yet?
What sort of settlement/custody are they trying to achieve?  For
a year now they have been described in varyind degrees of seperation -
where do they legally stand?  Are they or aren't they divorced - and
if not - what's taking so long?

Yes they have been seperated for about a year now.  And they have
filed for a divorce, however it is not final.  There was some rumors
that he was unfaithful to her but noone really knows for sure. I guess
there seperation is amicable because he's moving to California as well
so that he can be close to their daughter. As for settlement/custody
nothing public has been made at this time.

 This stuff is common knowledge. It's all rumors - I've also heard
things about her. I also have heard that they've been attending events
together as recently.
I was looking for definite answers. Unlike Brad and Jen - you don't
get as complete coverage about these two! :)

John's bio info on abc.com says that he's married to someone other
than Eva LaRue. And has been for a number of years. He lives in LA.
Isn't AMC filmed in NYC?
