I've seen advertisements for a group called "Own A Home Consultants'
that states that they will purchase a home for you if you can not
qualify on your own. Are these people safe? Has anyone had any
complaints?

Is "Own A Home Consultants" the exact name of this business? Do you
have any other details (an address? phone number?)

I found a listing for Own A Home Consultants in the Real Estate
Section of the classifieds. The number given was 1-800-345-9600 ext.
7200. However, the ad didn't specify who or what company you were
calling in the ad. The number sends you to someone's voice mail box
and then tells you that he is a consultant with Own A Home Consultants
whose parent company is Liberty Financial Services based out of the
State of Washington. The message ask that you leave your name, number
and home address and they would get back with you. I was not
comfortable doing that until I did a little research but was unable to
find anything myself.

I didn't think that there could be so many firms trading under the
name of "Liberty Financial Services", but did not find any that seemed
to be offering what the ad suggests.
That sounds like it could be something very similar to what is
discussed in this earlier question:

Lease to own home service

Maybe this can be of help to you. This is a free comment, not an
answer to your question.

Good luck, Myoarin
