Question ID: 53890
Where do you find an attorney (Florida) that is experienced with the work of
Cleckley & Hare (Psychology Authors) to bring to light a fraud on the court
that fooled a Judge into a false civil judgement?
Are there any research papers or disertations that apply to a psychopathic
suspect that is an attorney repeatedly financially raping elderly widows? Who
in the legal system (criminal or civil) has experience with such a suspect
that uses religious charities as a front for predatory financial abuse?

I doubt that you really need a lawyer who is familiar with Cleckley &
Hare's theories of psychopathology. It sounds as if you need a lawyer
who specializes in cases of legal malpractice.

I thought that I would offer this page:
http://directory.findlaw.com/lawyer/servlet/SCityFirm?state=FL

which allows you to search Florida for attorneys or lawyers, by city,
and by the related subject.
There were some I though might be helpfl, such as:
Alternative Dispute Resolution
Banking & Finance Law
Business & Commercial Law
Business Organizations
Civil Rights
Constitutional Law
Ethics & Professional Responsibility
Family Law
Government Agencies & Programs
Litigation & Appeals
Professional Malpractice Law
State, Local & Municipal Law

You may find some more relevant ones, this was just a quick sampling I
did. I encourage you to check out this site. It may be difficult for
someone to find an attorney specifically knowledgeable about Cleckley
& Hare's theories of psychopathology in Florida, lest one happens to
come on this site and think: "Hey, I AM!"

Also, you may wish to check out the Florida Prosecuting Attorneys
Association:
http://www.fpaa.state.fl.us/Default.htm
who assert:
"The Florida Prosecuting Attorneys Association members consist of the
twenty independently elected State Attorney Offices that protect the
rights and safety of the citizens in the twenty Judicial Circuits
within the State of Florida."
They may be able to give you a referral.

I imagine that you can call an attorney or government office in your
area to get advice and a referral. Searching google for "Cleckley &
Hare attorney Florida" only brought up information in the UK, or
adverts for books.

Searching "FLORIDA attorneys civil fraud" on GOOGLE brought up lots of
private practices, which you may wish to check out.

GOOD LUCK,

I google-searched:
"FLORIDA attorneys" and got 369,000 results.
"Cleckley & Hare's theories of psychopathology attorney Florida" for 1
result.
"Cleckley & Hare's psychopathology attorney Florida" and got 1 result.
"Cleckley & Hare's attorney Florida" and got 1 result.
"Cleckley & Hare attorney Florida" and got 5 results.
"FLORIDA attorneys civil fraud" and got 27,000 results.
