Howdy mccann01-ga,

There should be a detail with the error that you receiving, such as:

- "Recipient Address rejected. Domain not found."
- "Alias not in database"

There are many problems that will produce the "-17099" error message,
so if you could provide the details of the message that could help
researchers. Thanks!

I would troubleshoot your configuration by using a different email
client such as Mail or Thunderbird. Configure the other clients with
the same SMTP (outgoing mail) setting and see if they succeed at
sending messages. It could be that you're not properly authenticated
with the server you're attempting to use.
