I am looking for a place where I can purchase JUST those little
plastic rings that often top off a blank CD spindel (usually 50 cd's
or 100 cd's on a spindel, they fill in the remaining space ) to keep
them from being
loose  ( please see photo here -> http://etaion.com/ring.jpg ) I
believe they are called a CD stacking ring.  I want to find a
place where I can buy just those rings, I don't any more blank CD's.  
Clearly there has to be a
distributor out there.   I think just about everyone has seen
one of these.   They are useful in shipping CD's on a spindel, to keep
them from moving around, often you need 3 or 4 or more to stack to
keep the spindel tight.   I need to find out where I can purchase JUST
these rings, I don't need any more spindels or CD's.   I would prefer
to find a wholesaler, over a retailer.  Thanks in advance for those
who succeed.  I looked into it a bit, I think an email or two to a
manufacturer might reveal where or how, but I want to cut to the
chase.   I need for an acceptible answer:  a supplier, a phone or
address of supplier (or email), and a price quote for 1000 or more of
these (maybe 100,000- hard to say).  This is a repost of the same
question from last month, I raised my reward from $5 to $30

I have submitted a request at a wholesaler for this item, and will
wait to see what the response is.

Again, augh!  my picture was not uploaded.   It is now.  Please refer
to screenshot for a better idea.

You may want to contact foam manufacturers.  I'm sure they could quote
on them if you called them up or requested a quote online.

Note:

Please see photo, this is not the foam ring that is sometimes found on
the spindel, I need the plastic rings, smaller,  can adjust to any
space needed to close it by stacking them.  I believe they are called
Stacking Rings actually.   Please see photo link above.
