How do you keep finding these outfits?

Broadway Capital & Investments does not give an address, mention
principals  - all signs that it is not a serious business.  The pages
of its website suggest all sorts of possibilities, but it is
significant that a search with the name only finds its own site, with
the page for brokers as a subordinated site, suggesting that signing
up brokers is its main interest, especially from the "puff" about how
lucrative it can be to become a broker  - another "work at home"
scheme.  I would not reveal my email address to them to find out what
they might charge for this.

If they could arrange venture capital for projects, there must be
fees, perhaps concealed in above market interest rates (your
question).  Nobody offers a service for free.
